5. Consent Management (Mobile & Web)
5.1 Mobile apps: Usercentrics
Our mobile apps use Usercentrics as a Consent Management Platform (CMP). Where required by law, we ask for your choices for non-essential processing (e.g., personalized advertising, measurement) and store a record of your choices.
You can review or change your choices at any time via the in-app privacy/consent settings (usually in Settings or Privacy).
5.2 Websites/web games: Cookie-Script.com
Our websites use Cookie-Script.com to display a cookie banner and preference center (where required). You can accept/reject categories of cookies and change your choices later via the cookie settings link/banner on the site.
6. Ads, Analytics, Cookies & Similar Technologies
6.1 Mobile advertising (Google AdMob + mediation partners)
Many of our mobile apps are ad-supported. We use Google AdMob and may enable mediation to demand partners such as Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Mintegral, and AppLovin.
Depending on your region and choices, ad partners may process device identifiers (including advertising IDs where permitted), IP address, approximate location, and interaction/usage signals to deliver ads, cap frequency, measure performance, and detect fraud. Where required, we enable personalized ads only with your consent. If you do not consent (or withdraw consent), we will attempt to show non-personalized/contextual ads where feasible.
6.2 Web advertising (Google AdSense)
Our web games/sites may use Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.
6.3 Analytics (Google Analytics — mobile and web)
We use Google Analytics on both mobile and web to understand usage, diagnose issues, and improve performance and user experience.
Where required by law, analytics will be enabled based on your consent choices (mobile via Usercentrics; web via Cookie-Script).
6.4 Cookies, SDKs, pixels, and device storage
We and our partners may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to access and store information on your device. This supports essential operations (e.g., security), analytics, and advertising (including personalization where permitted).
7. Chat, User-Generated Content & Moderation
7.1 Visibility
Chat messages and UGC may be visible to other users depending on the feature. Do not post sensitive personal information. You are responsible for what you share.
7.2 Moderation
We moderate chat and UGC to enforce community rules and keep the service safe. Moderation may involve automated detection and human review. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend/terminate accounts for violations.
We may retain moderation records (including reports, evidence, and decisions) for a reasonable period as necessary to enforce rules, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
